Digitalization primarily requires two things: detailed data and algorithms. IndustryView SF solves this challenge with digital twins of the elements involved in the process. For example, a real machine exchanges its data with its digital twin in real time. The machine becomes intelligent through algorithms that—based on detailed process data—optimize the machine from within.

This allows a machine to plan independently and, for example, create maintenance orders because a storage temperature exceeds the intervention limit.

IndustryView SF takes a similar approach with products, tools, and materials. The platform thus pursues a holistic approach, considering all participants in the value chain equally. The product's digital twin derives all measured values from the CAQ's inspection characteristics. The tool automatically expands its component level to match the resolution of the 3D model from the CAD design and simultaneously uses it as a kind of "augmented reality," graphically visualizing the machine and CAQ data in the 3D view.
