Connectors for your technology

Digital twins communicate with the real world via connectors. In real time and completely automatically.

Bihler online

To connect your Bihler automatic machines to the VC1 controller, IndustryView SF provides a direct connector, which we developed jointly with Bihler. You connect the VC1 to your network, activate the learning mode in IndustryView SF, and the digital twin begins its work. The connector retrieves the parts counters, separated into good and reject items, as well as all warnings and causes of malfunctions in real time.

All older Bihler control systems can be integrated with fieldbus controllers that you connect to your network.

Unidor and other tool monitoring systems are linked.

You can integrate the tool monitoring and control systems from TR-Systems Unidor using a connector developed in collaboration with them. Production quantities, causes of malfunctions, warnings, and available measured values such as forces, temperatures, and times are displayed in real time. Depending on the configuration, this data can be assigned to the active parts of the tool and used company-wide, for example, in toolmaking. Connectors are also available for other tool monitoring systems such as DPA/SYS and Vester.

Integration of Andritz-Kaiser, Haulick+Roos, Schuler and other stamping presses / dies

The connection is established via OPC-DA or – if the controller supports it – OPC-UA. Automatic data exchange includes part counters, stroke counters, speeds, warnings, causes of malfunctions, and analog measurements such as press force, stroke height, and temperatures. IndustryView SF also integrates the tool channel messages into the machine's digital twins.

Koch wire drawing machines and other connectors for wire manufacturing

We have a long-standing partnership with Koch in Ihmert. Meter and weight counters, warnings and fault events, as well as measured values such as aggregate speeds or forces, can be transmitted online and in real time via OPC-DA and OPC-UA. This information is extremely important for quality assurance of wire products. The digital twin of the ring can be analyzed along its entire length with IndustryView SF, including all events and measured values. And this is possible at every workstation in the company.
