An app for creating process data layouts is available.
With the new app for individual visualization of all process data, production teams can create their own applications to identify and eliminate the true causes of defective production in detail.

The production of defective goods was costing one of our major customers over €10 million annually. That is, until the digital twins of their plants identified the causes.
That defective products were being produced was already well known. In contrast, the causes, as is so often the case, lie in the details. Details whose data resides in the machine and plant control systems (PLCs). You can access these details by networking these control systems. Then the learning process can begin. It's about understanding the impact of specific parameters on product quality.
Our customer operates over 20 production lines, each consisting of four interconnected units. Each unit has its own PLC. In addition, inspectors record quality data in a CAQ system. Furthermore, various databases and Excel spreadsheets contain additional process data.
Now everything is interconnected. Every system operates as a digital twin that knows and analyzes all process data.
The goal is for the digital twin to detect the problem as it arises and raise the alarm before defective products are produced.
