App for processing and evaluating production and shift reports

The shift report app allows you to optimally integrate your workers into the smart factory. A clearly defined reporting structure is available to prevent errors and ensure optimal report analysis.

The notification structure ensures that you can systematically evaluate the notification. For example, if the notification concerns the breakage of a tool part, a notification structure could look like this:

You can define the reporting structure yourself. A layout is available within the app for this purpose.

When a user submits a report, the app first opens the report structure in a dialog. Sticking with our example above, the user then selects the appropriate steps.

The app remembers the structured message and saves it along with the text and the suggested corrective action. Ongoing process information such as order, item, progress quantity, and time is automatically assigned.

The advantage is that each message can be systematically evaluated, so that the digital twin to which the message relates can control the learning process for AI-driven action management.
