General Terms and Conditions for SaaS Licenses

You subscribe to the license as SaaS (Software as a Service). Installation is performed remotely by our service on your own server systems or a cloud server.

In the case of monthly billing, invoices are issued at the end of each month for the following month. The first invoice covers the period from license activation until the end of the month. Billing is calculated on a daily basis. You can cancel with 5 days' notice before the end of the month. If no cancellation is received, the contract will automatically renew for another month.

For annual billing, invoices are issued in the last calendar week of the current year for the following year. The first invoice covers the period from the license activation until December 31st of the current year. You can cancel with two weeks' notice before the end of the year. If no cancellation is received, the contract will automatically renew for another year.
