Information on contract types

You can choose between three types of contracts:

SaaS stands for "Software as a Service." You obtain the software via a subscription with a monthly or annual term. Software maintenance is already included in the subscription price. Software updates and upgrades are delivered via the remote maintenance system or through automated installation.

SaaS contracts with monthly billing can be cancelled 5 days before their expiration date. If no cancellation is received, the contract will automatically renew for another 4 weeks. Invoices are issued at the end of the month for the following month in advance.

SaaS contracts with annual billing can be cancelled with 3 months' notice prior to expiration. If no cancellation is received, the contract automatically renews for another 12 months. Invoices for the following year are issued in advance at the end of the current contract term.

Unlimited licenses offer unlimited usage time. You pay the license fee once. Software maintenance is not included in this model and is billed separately. The maintenance agreement has a term of 12 months and can be canceled 3 months prior to its expiration. If no cancellation is received, the agreement automatically renews for another 12 months.

Maintenance covers only the software described in the service description, but not customer-specific application extensions created individually through services, their data and layouts.
